Service as It Should Be
At La Cantina, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. 1. Must be 19 + (Order/Pickup)
2. Please call to ensure stock availability
3. Give a minimum of 2 week notice for orders
4. Specify if you need new bottles or if you will bring your own
5. No Refund or Returns on wine or beer kits
6. Wine is sampled before bottling for quality control
7. If you fail to bring your bottles on time, new bottles will be used and the customer will be charged accordingly
8. Alc. Vol. Vary depending on kit selected
